This Saturday 30th September 7.30~10pm  ...
MERCY SHIPS "Music, Magic & Making a Difference" in the Johnson Hall at Millfield.  (Age 16+ event)
Tickets from Sonia/Pam in the church office or booked directly online https://www.mercyships.org.uk/tour/
The evening includes lively entertainment from the magician Dan Alexander, music from Nicki Rogers, video clips about the work of Mercy Ships and personal testimony from Dan and Nicki.
Mercy Ships is an international Christian charity that deploys the hospital ship 'Africa Mercy' to some of the poorest countries in the world, delivering Hope & Healing to people in desperate need.   All the crew and medics are volunteers.  In January 2017 Nicki and Dan flew to spend a week on board the ship in Benin. During their visit they were able to witness the charity’s work in action and meet some of the patients whose lives have been transformed forever, thanks to the free surgery and healthcare made available by Mercy Ships and its team of specialised volunteers.
