Street Mission Church
Welcome to the former 'Tin Church' recently rebuilt and now a lively place of worship and community hub.
The church is open and accessible every day of the week with a large variety of activities taking place. Our worship services cater for all ages and are more contemporary in style.
The church has earned a bronze award in the Eco Church initiative
The Mission Church is
located
on Vestry Road in Street.
The regular pattern of worship services is:
1st Sunday of the month - 10.30am SofaSunday@themission. A fast paced, interactive service suitable for all ages. Think 'breakfast TV meets church'.
2nd Sunday of the month - 10.30am Communion@themission. A service of Holy Communion in a modern informal style.
3rd Sunday of the month - 10.30am Celebration@themission. A service suitable for all ages.
4th Sunday of the month - 10.30am DigDeep@themission. A service where there is a bit more space for worship, preaching and ministry.
On the third Sunday, at 6pm, Celebrate@6 offers an extended time of teaching, worship and ministry.
There is also a midweek Holy Communion service every Wednesday at 10am
.
